Yoga may be beneficial for rebalancing muscles in your body. If you have a weak torso side and/or low shoulder, you may be able to lengthen one side of your torso and gradually move your low shoulder back into place. Incorporating practices like power flow yoga can further enhance muscle engagement and balance.
